The New Bostock Building – Completed
Introducing the New Bostock Building. We’re pleased to confirm that works at The Bostock Building are now complete, delivering the first new building at Springfield Mills in over 50 years.
Completed on behalf of Gaunts Ltd, the development provides eight high-quality hybrid industrial units across two floors, offering modern workshop and office accommodation, dedicated parking with EV charging, excellent natural light, and high-spec mechanical services. A fitting addition that honours the legacy of former chairman John Bostock..
The project was overseen by Chris Pratt, who succeeded John as Managing Director in 2012 and now serves as a Non-Executive Director, continuing the long-standing legacy at Springfield Mills.
