      Site Manager

      Overseeing the construction aspect of a project or a designated section of a larger scale initiative. This entails comprehensive supervision and management of all operational construction aspects and supervisors, ensuring alignment with the project plan’s program, cost, health and safety, and quality objectives.

      Assistant Site Manager

      The Assistant Site Manager is typically responsible for delivering the building element of a project or a designated section of a larger value project. This will include the overall supervision and performance of all operational build management/supervisors on the project/section to ensure that all build activities meet the programme, cost, health and safety and quality objectives of the Project Plan.
