Civil Engineering Division Retaining Walls
OGL Construction undertook the task of designing and pre-constructing a large-scale mosque in Bradford. The focus was on creating a distinctive structure that involved intricate architectural design.
The project required meticulous planning and execution by the team while also maintaining cost efficiencies. Addressing the steep slope of the site was another significant challenge that was carefully managed throughout the design and construction phases.
We are pleased to share that we have recently achieved partial completion of phase 1 works at Madinat Al Zahra Mosque, Bradford. Key activities of the OGL Civil Engineering Division included the reduced level dig, waterproof tanking, steel fixing, and placement of waterproof concrete. The phase 1 works also included the erection of structural steel and metal deck. Despite occasional challenges, the project was successfully delivered on schedule, showcasing OGL Construction’s adaptability and expertise in managing complex engineering projects.
