Project Overview

As part of a competitive tender process OGL Construction have been awarded the contract to refurbish a newly acquired commercial unit in Keighley for Brook Taverner.

Brook Taverner, a renowned cloth merchant based in Keighley, sought a comprehensive refurbishment of their newly acquired office and warehouse spaces. The project required a multi-purpose design, combining areas for clothing storage, a showroom for corporate customers, and workspaces for office-based employees.

For the clothing storage area, we implemented an automated clothing carrier system and custom-designed racking to provide a tailored solution for housing their extensive inventory of over 900,000 garments. Ensuring the secure and spacious accommodation of this vast stock was crucial.

This approach resulted in the creation of a 180,000-square-foot office and warehouse complex. The expansive facility not only provides secure storage but also features additional working areas to meet the diverse needs of Brook Taverner’s operations.
