          Positions Within The Business

          Site Manager

          Overseeing the construction aspect of a project or a designated section of a larger scale initiative. This entails comprehensive supervision and management of all operational construction aspects and supervisors, ensuring alignment with the project plan’s program, cost, health and safety, and quality objectives.

          Assistant Site Manager

          The Assistant Site Manager is typically responsible for delivering the building element of a project or a designated section of a larger value project. This will include the overall supervision and performance of all operational build management/supervisors on the project/section to ensure that all build activities meet the programme, cost, health and safety and quality objectives of the Project Plan.

          Quantity Surveyor

          Alongside the Commercial Manager, lead the commercial activities for allocated projects. Manage the commercial function of each project in line with Company processes and procedures and also play a key part in the design and package management. Produce monthly reports to support the Commercial Manager in ensuring that commercial strategies and goals are achieved.
