Ciceley Commercials – Start On Site
We’re pleased to announce that Ciceley Commercials Ltd has appointed OGL Construction as Principal Contractor for the Design & Build of the new Ciceley Business Park on Roman Road, Blackburn.
The development comprises 13 new-build start-up units, delivered over two phases, with Phase 1 (Units 1–7) starting on site this month..
Each unit will feature:
- Single-storey design with mezzanine option
- Steel portal-frame construction
- 6m eaves height
- DDA-compliant ground floor W/C
- Industrial power-float concrete floors
- Electrically operated insulated roller shutters
- Dedicated car parking
- High-speed internet connection
- 3-phase power
- On-site EV charging facilities
The Ciceley Business Park will provide 13 hybrid industrial units, split across two blocks within a self-contained service yard, suitable for a range of commercial, industrial and retails uses.
Phase 1 Target Completion: June 2026
