The Variety Club in Batley was previously well known for attracting world famous celebrities. More recently the overflow car park to the rear of the site has been redeveloped into a Business Park. The scheme which saw the successful delivery of over 15,000ft2 of new industrial units. Due to exceptionally poor ground conditions over 1400m of steel tube piles were used.
