Established as Onewood Group Limited in March 2019 by Managing Director Tom Wood the company rebranded to OGL Construction in March 2022.
Acting as Principal Contractors operating across multiple sectors, including Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Sport & Leisure, Education, and Retail we have the proven track record of delivering schemes safely, on time and to budget.
Our Civil Engineering Division supports our Principle Contractor Role employing over 15 tradesman headed up by experienced Project and Site Managers.

A construction specialist in the design and build of large-scale residential schemes, warehouses, commercial units, factories, distribution centres, places of worship, commercial van & truck dealerships, industrial and retail parks, we also offer a wide range of other construction services.
Our experienced team of commercial and operational staff will enhance each scheme using their many years of construction experience.

Preconstruction Management/

Through early engagement, OGL Construction work with you to produce an affordable concept with a robust budget. The pre-construction phase sets out the clients brief, and if required, allows us to engage and work with some of the best construction specialist around the country to achieve our client’s more challenging briefs. Through the construction phase, we monitor quality, programme and costs against budget in real time.
At the end of the pre-construction phase a detailed estimate will be issued confirming full costings prior to the construction phase commencing. The detailed estimated will also be supported by a cash-flow forecast offering complete transparency of costs from start to finish.
