Project Overview

Gaunts Ltd is a family owned company dating back to 1896. Gaunts Ltd offer a wide selection of units and offices for lease across Yorkshire. They are renowned for providing quality office and work space to suit different business types. As part of their growth strategy they appointed OGL Construction to redevelop their site in Farsley.

Working alongside Bowman Riley and Shelby Group, OGL Construction were appointed as Principal Contractor over two defined phases.

Phase 1 – The reconfiguration of the external areas, including a new tiered car park which will increase the current car parking capacity for all the existing tenants as well as providing new parking the new development. This phase of works includes extensive amount of retaining wall works to facilitate the new tiered car park.

Phase 2 – The design & construction of 8nr Hybrid Units, with associated FF office GF workshop space and dedicated parking.
