Project Overview

OGL Construction was contracted by Ornamental Trees Limited for the conversion of an agricultural site into a commercial warehouse. The project aimed to create a climate-appropriate environment for tree cultivation, following the client’s successful acquisition of Class Q planning permission.

The project was secured through a competitive tender process, with OGL Construction chosen for its competitive pricing, adherence to timelines, and strong health and safety record.

The warehouse construction required a dual-purpose design, balancing insulation for office spaces with an open structure for tree cultivation. To meet these requirements, SIPs, an insulated wooden panel system, were installed.
