At OGL Construction, we were privileged to collaborate with this customer, a private homeowner, who sought to make a change both in their lives and for the environment. Our customer, based in Eldwick, had plans to construct an eco building in their garden. With a specific budget in mind, they approached OGL Construction to bring this plan to life.
The client’s challenge was twofold: they had a dream of an eco house that aligned with their environmental values and lifestyle, but they also had a budget to adhere to.
To achieve this, our team undertook a detailed value engineering process, optimising the internal fit out without compromising on quality or sustainability.
