OGL Construction is delivering the design and build of 13 new industrial units at Ciceley Business Park, Roman Road, Blackburn, creating flexible accommodation for industrial and storage/distribution uses.
The development transforms a vacant site into two parallel rows of modern industrial units, each benefiting from dedicated parking and access. A new shared yard provides efficient vehicle circulation and manoeuvring, supported by additional parking and associated external works.
Designed to provide flexible commercial accommodation, the units incorporate robust, high-performance materials including engineered brick plinths, insulated composite wall and roof panels, aluminium glazing and doors.
Energy efficiency has also been considered within the design, with rooflights providing natural daylight and photovoltaic panels incorporated across the development.
The scheme is being delivered in collaboration with Sunderland Peacock and is progressing to programme, with completion expected in September 2026.
Upon completion, Ciceley Business Park will provide 13 modern industrial units designed to meet demand for flexible small-to-medium scale industrial and distribution accommodation in the Blackburn area.
