Oakwood Business Park

Oakwood Business Park represents an important milestone for OGL, being the first independent development undertaken by the business and establishing a model subsequently applied across a number of commercial developments in Yorkshire.

The scheme involved the acquisition and redevelopment of land at Royd Way, Keighley, to create a new business park comprising eight purpose-built commercial units providing flexible accommodation for start-up and growing businesses.

OGL was responsible for the full turnkey delivery of the development, taking the scheme from land acquisition through construction to completion and ongoing services. This allowed the development process to be managed as one coordinated project from inception through to occupation.

The development provides modern, flexible commercial accommodation suitable for a range of occupiers, with practical open-plan spaces capable of adapting to individual business requirements.

OGL’s works also included the associated infrastructure and external works required to establish the new business park, including access, servicing and external areas for the individual units.

Completed in September 2021, Oakwood Business Park successfully transformed the site into a new commercial development and provided the foundations for a number of similar schemes subsequently delivered by OGL.
