Tiffin Sandwiches, Bradford
We’re pleased to announce that OGL Construction® is progressing with Phase 2 of a £4.6m purpose-built food production and distribution facility for Tiffin Sandwiches in Bradford.
Earlier this year, OGL successfully completed Phase 1 work
s, including mine capping, boundary treatments and general infrastructure works across the site.
Phase 2 is now under construction and will deliver a new 68,000 sq ft food production and distribution facility, providing dedicated production, storage and operational accommodation, alongside staff and management facilities to support Tiffin Sandwiches’ continued growth.
The development will also include a new service yard, vehicle parking, EV charging infrastructure, drainage and associated external works.
Delivered under a JCT Design & Build contract, we’ll be working collaboratively with Tiffin Sandwiches, Bowman Riley, ICIS and Roobal Consulting Ltd throughout the 87-week programme.
The project represents another significant addition to OGL Construction’s growing portfolio of industrial and manufacturing projects. We look forward to sharing further progress as the development takes shape.
