We’re pleased to have been appointed by Gaunts Ltd as Principal Contractor for the 8 new industrial units at Springfield Commercial Centre — a key site with real heritage in the heart of West Yorkshire.
This project will deliver eight new hybrid business units, designed to support the evolving needs of local SMEs.
Phase 1 – External Works & Parking
Now complete, Phase 1 included a full reconfiguration of the car park, with the creation of a new tiered system to increase capacity. Works also included extensive retaining wall construction and service infrastructure upgrades to prepare the site for the next phase.
Phase 2 – Hybrid Unit Construction
Phase 2 is now underway and includes the construction of eight high-spec units — combining ground-floor workshops with first-floor offices and dedicated parking. Groundworks and drainage are nearing completion, with steelwork due to be erected later this month.
Target completion: December 2025
