North York Moors Headquarters Construction

OGL Construction has started work on the new North York Moors Headquarters in Helmsley, North Yorkshire.

Following the successful completion of the North York Moors National Park Authority’s new Rangers Depot, we’re delighted to continue our relationship with the Authority on this major construction project.

The new headquarters will provide a modern and sustainable workplace for the North York Moors National Park Authority. It will support the Authority’s long-term work to protect, conserve and manage the North York Moors National Park.

Construction Progress in Helmsley

Work is progressing well on site. The structural steel frame is now taking shape, giving the project its first clear outline.

This important stage provides an exciting first look at the scale of the new building. As construction continues, the development will begin to take shape and create a purpose-built facility for the Authority and its teams.

The project also represents an important investment in the future of the Authority. In addition, the new headquarters will provide a modern working environment that supports its continued operations across North Yorkshire.

A Sustainable Headquarters for North Yorkshire

Sustainability remains an important consideration throughout the project. The new facility will provide a modern base for the Authority while supporting its responsibilities within and around one of the UK’s most valued national parks.

Furthermore, the project highlights the role that thoughtful construction and modern building design can play in creating long-term value for organisations and the communities they serve.

Continuing Our Partnership with the National Park Authority
