Progress continues at Ciceley Business Park, where OGL Construction® is delivering 13 new industrial units at Roman Road.
The £2.4m Design & Build development is transforming a vacant site into 15,600 sq ft of flexible industrial and storage and distribution accommodation, arranged across two rows of modern units with dedicated parking, access and a shared service yard.
With completion approaching, the development is another strong example of our growing industrial portfolio and our ability to manage projects from design development through to construction and completion.
