Construction Update – Ciceley Business Park
Since breaking ground late last year works at Ciceley Business Park, Blackburn, have progressed at pace, with significant milestones already achieved on Phase 1.
The steel frame is now erected across the first seven units, providing a clear view of the scheme taking shape. Groundworks and substructure are complete, with concrete floor slabs laid and power floated.
Internal fit-out works are due to commence shortly and will comprise DDA-compliant ground floor W/C facilities, electrically operated insulated roller shutters, high-speed internet connectivity, 3-phase power supply, and on-site EV charging facilities.
Phase 2 has now been instructed, enabling the procurement of structural steelwork and cladding for the remaining six units.
The development of 13 hybrid industrial units is now visibly coming to life, demonstrating the strength of collaboration across the project team and the efficiency of our delivery approach.
