Continued Professional Development for Ryan Borton

At OGL Construction we are eager to support the career progression of our team with a dedicated Continual Development Programme.

Our Site Manager, Ryan Borton, enrolled on the Level 7 Senior Construction Management course in March. The course will run through to September 2025 and will be undertaken alongside his day to day role overseeing construction works at our Springfield Mills site in Farsley. This advanced qualification will enhance expertise in managing complex construction projects and expand professional capabilities in the field. The program is provided by CST Training. We look forward to sharing Ryan’s insights as he progresses through his professional development journey.
