Pre-Construction

We work collaboratively with clients, consultants and our supply chain to review design, buildability, programme, procurement and cost, identifying opportunities and resolving potential risks at an early stage. This approach helps establish a clear and deliverable route into construction.

Design & Build

One coordinated approach from design to delivery

OGL delivers design and build projects through a coordinated approach that brings design development and construction delivery together.

Working with clients, consultants and specialist supply chain partners, we manage the design process alongside cost, programme and buildability. This provides clear responsibility throughout delivery while ensuring the developing design remains aligned with the client’s requirements.

Design to Budget

Design ambition aligned with commercial reality

Our Design to Budget approach brings commercial and construction input into the design process from the outset.

Working collaboratively with the client and design team, we develop practical solutions around an agreed budget, continually considering specification, buildability, procurement and programme. This helps protect the project’s key requirements while maintaining commercial viability as the design develops.

Project Management

Managing projects with clarity and control

OGL provides project management expertise across the development and construction process, coordinating the people, information and activities required to move projects forward.

Working closely with clients, consultants and our supply chain, we manage programme, design coordination, procurement, risk and delivery, with direct senior involvement helping keep projects aligned with the client’s objectives through to completion.

Small Works & Maintenance

Responsive support for projects of every scale

OGL provides a dedicated Small Works & Maintenance service supporting planned and reactive requirements across operational environments and property portfolios.

This includes ongoing maintenance across sixteen Transdev bus depots, and four Ciceley commercial vehicle dealerships. Our team delivers planned and reactive maintenance, refurbishments, repairs, remedial works and smaller construction projects, supported by the same standards applied across the wider OGL business.
