Our approach starts before work begins, with health and safety considered throughout design, pre-construction and project planning. That approach continues throughout delivery, with changing conditions reviewed and activities reassessed where required.

Identify the hazards, understand the risks and establish how work will be carried out safely before it begins.
See It. Say It.
Speak up when something does not look right. Reporting hazards and near misses is positive safety behaviour.
Stop If It’s Not Safe.
Everyone has the authority to stop work where they genuinely believe there is an immediate safety concern.
Look After Each Other.
Consider not only your own safety, but the people working around you. Safety is a shared responsibility.
